Jackson is a lighting designer whose experience spans theatre, dance, opera, fashion, architecture, and concert design. Based in Minneapolis, MN, he works across the Midwest, NYC, and LA. Jackson holds an MFA in Lighting Design from California Institute of the Arts.
His work has premiered with companies such as ATE9 Dance Company, Heidi Duckler Dance, Odyssey Theatre Ensemble, PLAYDŌ Community, Connecticut Repertory Theatre, Playhouse on Park, Newfangled Theatre Company, Jackdonkey Productions, Third Space Theater, The Matchbox Theatre, North Dakota State University, Central Connecticut State University, and California Institute of the Arts.
Jackson is a frequent Associate Designer for Fashion Week (New York, Paris) and also serves as the Lighting Director for The Comet / Poppea national tour with The Industry.
